Job Description:
Excellent communication skills
Recruiter with 1-4 years experience in US IT Recruitment
Good knowledge of working with job boards like Dice, Monster, Linkedin, Indeed, etc.
Adequate experience working with vendors
Sound knowledge of different tax types (CTC/1099/W2)
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Scheduling interviews and serving as the first point of contact for all the candidates at all levels.
Build a resume database for recruitment.
Qualifications:
Experiences:- 1 – 4 years exp in US IT Recruitment
Shift timings:- 8:00pm to 5:00am IST
Office Location: Kondapur
Work Hours: Night Shift (IST)-8:00PM to 5:00 AM, 5 days/week (Mon to Fri).
At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
Candidates with good knowledge and passion for recruitment for the US Market.
Prior to a similar experience in the US is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented, self-starter, team player and a quick learner.
Candidates should be flexible for the time and good at multitasking.
Candidates can work independently without close supervision.
Have leadership potential.
