  • Identify new clients in the US for providing staffing resources and solutions.
  • Develop accounts, build up a book of business, and prospect for new business leads via leads, networking groups, cold-calling, referrals, and all avenues of social media Build new clients by locating, Negotiate terms, conditions, and costs for services with clients.
  • Develop recruiting strategies and recruitment plans for the new job orders you secure.
  • Continually obtain information and feedback from clients in order to maintain a high level of service.
  • Track weekly calls and appointments.
  • Arrange / Prepare proposals and contracts for clients; effectively represent the company at various professional forums / Levels.
  • Ability to negotiate rates/salaries, convince clients within their business areas, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology.

  • Well-networked in the defined sectors and should have a successful track record of delivery.
  • Candidate with Direct Contacts with the T1 Vendors, Implementation Partners is a must.
