We are looking for some one who can take responsibility of Profit & Loss for our Cloud office Solutions that we offer global clients . We build Talent Cloud offices with work forces in offshore centers In India to reduce cost of operations for our clients across the globe.

You are responsible build and grow cloud office solution specially designed for CPA Firms operate out of North America. Attract new clients (CPA Firms) ,Manage and Improve existing business relationships.

Your Job is to help prospective client realise the cost benefits of having Offshore center for their work.Demonstrate our capabilities and experience in building such teams in the past.

Show case the advantages and future possibilities having their (CPA’s) Back office in India.

Key activities/Responsibilities

  • Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources in the USA.
  • Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company
  • Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.
  • Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services. May include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc.
  • Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies.
  • Work with Digital Marketing consultants to create Digital Marketing campaigns for generating more leads.
  • Build business transformation propositions for prospects/ industries and present these to prospective customers.
  • Recommend which opportunities the business should pursue using criteria such as highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc.
  • Person should have past experience working in night in India
  • Person should have experience sold to US clients from India during US working hours.
  • Should be individual l contributor and experienced Sales personnel with a knack for engaging clients across various industries.
  • Should have experience, demeanour, and maturity to hold conversations with C-suites.

Work Experience

  • Should have minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • In depth sales experience, with industry expertise and proven track record against getting good campaigns & generating revenue.
  • Experience in transitioning campaigns on board (Inbound/Outbound) Lead Gen, Survey, and Sales.
  • Should have in depth knowledge in negotiating/Quoting prices of different work models.

Education:

  • Graduate degree, advance university degree preferred or equivalent experience

Job Location and Timings.

Location:

  • Hyderabad

Shift and Weekly Working Days:

  • US Eastern Time Zone Shift ( In India it will be 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)
  • 5 Days working(Mon to Fri). Sat/Sun Fixed off.
