Our Client is Looking to Hire 30 Positions for Inside Sales

Experience :
1-5 yrs, experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Online Sales and B2C sales.

Requirements :

  • Any Bachelors Degree
  • Excellent communication, counseling and selling skills
  • Basic knowledge of methods involved in presenting, promoting and selling products or services
  • The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-disciplined and self-motivated, Driven
  • Must be a quick learner and smart enough to pick up the industry dynamics faster

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the sales
  • Meet the targets set by the team leader
  • Effective utilization of leads and Maintain a positive and healthy conversion rate
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Create a positive brand image and awareness among prospects
  • Have a good understanding of the product information and ensure proper handling of all queries of the students by effective Counselling
  • Make the sales pitch according to the customer’s behavior and requirements
  • Outbound Cold Calling, Prospecting, Product Demonstrations, Revenue Generation, Achieving Sales Targets
  • Must have strong knowledge of Inside Sales Process

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹240,000.00 – ₹550,000.00 per year
